Ingredients for four serving

  • 15 Ounces(3~4) of Potatoes
  • 13 Ounces(2) of Onions
  • 1 Carrot
  • 7 Ounces of sliced beef
  • 5 Ounces of Konjac Noodles
  • *50ml of Water
  • *5 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • *2 Tablespoons of Mirin
  • *3 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • *2 Tablespoons of Sake

Recipe

  1. Cut the potatoes, onions and carrot
  2. Mix *ingredients to make a sauce
  3. Put them and sliced beef into a rice cooker
  4. Pour the sauce into it
  5. Push the start button of the rice cooker
