Ingredients for one serving

  • 5 Ounce of Bean Sprout
  • 8 Ounce of Sliced Pork
  • A little bit of Pepper
  • A little bit of Salt
  • 2 Egg
  • Sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Green Laver
  • Dried Bonito
  • Green Onion

Recipe

  1. Fry Bean Sprout and Sliced Pork in a pan
  2. Add the Salt and the Pepper into that
  3. Pour the mixed Eggs into another pan
  4. Put the fried Bean Sprout and Sliced Pork on the side of the egg
  5. Fold the egg in the middle
  6. Put Sauce, Mayonnaise, Green Laver, Dried Bonito, and Green Onion over the top
