【Japanese Recipe Video】Deep-Fried-Tofu (Age-Dashi-Tofu)

Ingredients for one serving

  • 1/4 Tofu(Firm)
  • 1.5 Tablespoons of Ten-Tsuyu
  • 3 Tablespoons of Water
  • Potato Starch
  • Dried Bonito
  • Green Onion


  1. Mix the Ten Tsuyu and the Water to make the broth
  2. Heat it for 1.5 minutes
  3. Drain the Tofu
  4. Dice the Tofu
  5. Coat it with the Potato Starch
  6. Fried the diced Tofu until becoming crispy brown
  7. Put the Tofu on the plate
  8. Add the broth, Dried Bonito, and Green Onion over the top
