Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 2 pieces of Pork loin
  • A little bit of Salt & Pepper

<Tonkatsu Batter>

  • 2 eggs
  • Bread crumb

<Sauce>

  • Tonkatsu Sauce

Recipe

    1. Tenderize the Pork with a kitchen knife.
    2. Sprinkle the Salt & Pepper to the Pork.
    3. Beat the eggs.
    4. Dip the Pork in the mixed egg and coat it with bread crumb.
    5. Repeat No. 4 one more again.
    6. Heat the oil to 180 ℃
    7. Fry the Pork until cooked well and becoming crispy brown.
    8. Put the Fried Pork and pour the Tonkatsu Sauce.

It’s also good to sprinkle the salt before pouring the Tonkatsu Sauce.
