Ingredients (For 2 people)

  • 2/3 Pound of Sliced Beef Belly
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons of Ajinomoto-Hondashi(Japanese soup stock)
  • 10 Ounce of Water
  • Rice

<Sauce>

  • ★3 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • ★3 Tablespoons of Mirin(Japanese sweet rice wine)
  • ★4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • ★3 Tablespoons of Cooking Sake

Recipe

  1. Slice an Onion
  2. Pour water into a pot and add Ajinomoto-Hondashi to it
  3. Cook cut the onion in the pot until it becomes soft
  4. Add ★ingredients and beef
  5. Cook for 10 mins
  6. Put it on the rice

Point. Skim the foam in the pot while cooking beef.
