Ingredients for 2 RICE BALLS

  • 6 Ounce of Steamed Rice
  • ★1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • ★1 Teaspoon of sesame oil
  • ★1Teaspoon of Mirin

Recipe

    1. Mix ★ ingredients in a bowl
    2. Add steamed Rice to the bowl and mix them
    3. Make Rice Balls
    4. Grilled head and tail of them until they become golden brown (for around 2 minutes)

When mixing seasonings and rice, mix until no lumps remain.
