Ingredients (For 3 Persons)
- 3 Potatoes
- 3 oz of Spicy Cod Roe (Karashi Mentaiko)
- *5 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
- *1 Teaspoon of Salt
- *1 Teaspoon of Pepper
- 3 handful of Potato Chips
- Wash the Potato and Use the tip of a knife to cut out all eyes of potato.
- Wrap the potato and heat it in a microwave oven for 3 mins at 700w.
- Turn it over and put in a microwave oven again for 1 min 30 sec at 700w.
- Mash the potato and Mentaiko.
- Mix *the ingredients.
- Crush and mix the Potato Chips.
