Ingredients (For 2 Persons)
- 1/2 Pound of Chicken Skin
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of Ponzu Sauce.
- Fry the Chicken Skin.
- Wipe off the excess Oil on the pan with paper towel.
- Move the Chicken Skin into a bowl.
- Pour the Salt&Pepper and Ichimi, Ponzu Sauce into the bowl.
- Mix well.
*this becomes delicious if you refrigerate it for 30mins ~1h.
