Ingredients (For 2 Persons)

  • 1/2 Pound of Chicken Skin
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Ichimi
  • 2 Tablespoons of Ponzu Sauce.

Recipe

  1. Fry the Chicken Skin.
  2. Wipe off the excess Oil on the pan with paper towel.
  3. Move the Chicken Skin into a bowl.
  4. Pour the Salt&Pepper and Ichimi, Ponzu Sauce into the bowl.
  5. Mix well.

*this becomes delicious if you refrigerate it for 30mins ~1h.
