Ingredients (For 2 Persons)
- 1/2 Pound of So-Men Noodle
- Water and Ice
- 1/3 cup of Mentuyu
- 1/3 cup of Water
- *Sliced Green Onion
- *Moderate amount of Grated Wasabi
- *Moderate amount of Grated Ginger
- Boil the So-Men Noodle for 3 mins.
- Cool the Noodle with flowing water and ice.
- Drain it well.
- Make the Soup;Mix Mentsuyu and Water. Mix the *ingredients as you like.
