Ingredients for 2 people

  • 1/2 Pound of Sliced Pork Belly
  • 1/4 Onion
  • *1/3 Ounce of Grated Ginger
  • *1 Teaspoon of Suger
  • *3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • *2 Tablespoons of Mirin (Japanese sweetrice wine)
  • *2 Tablespoons of White Wine
  • A little bit of Salt

Recipe

  1. Make Syoga-Sauce (Mix *ingredients )
  2. Soak Pork Belly in Syoga-Sauce
  3. Slice an Onion
  4. Cook Pork Belly and the Onion for 1 minutes at medium heat
  5. Add a little bit of Salt to the pan
  6. Cook again until Pork Belly become crispy brown.
