<Fried Salty Pepper Butter Style>
- 3~4 Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1&1/2 tablespoon of Butter
- Salt & Pepper

- Grated Ginger
- Ichimi Spice (Japanese Red Spice)
- Cut off the calyx of the Shiitake Mushrooms and Make a shallow cut in it.
- Saute it with the Butter.
- Add Salt & Pepper to it.
