- 1/2 Pound of Pork Belly
- 1/4~1/2 Napa Cabbage
- *2 Tablespoon of Cooking Sake
- *1 Tablespoon of Shiro-dashi
- *1 Teaspoon of Salt

- *A little bit of Sesame
- Cut the Napa cabbage.
- Put Napa cabbage and Pork Belly in a pan alternately.
- Add the *ingredients to it.
- Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
- Put a pinch of Black Pepper.
