Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound of Pork Belly
  • 1/4~1/2 Napa Cabbage
  • *2 Tablespoon of Cooking Sake
  • *1 Tablespoon of Shiro-dashi
  • *1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • *A little bit of Black Pepper
  • *A little bit of Sesame

Recipe

  1. Cut the Napa cabbage.
  2. Put Napa cabbage and Pork Belly in a pan alternately.
  3. Add the *ingredients to it.
  4. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Put a pinch of Black Pepper.
