【Japanese Recipe Video】Tasty Chicken Tatsuta with Japanese Tomato Sauce(Tatsuta-Age)

Ingredients

<Tatsuta Fried>

  • @2 Chicken Thighs
  • @2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • @2 Tablespoons of Cooking Sake
  • @A little bit of Black Pepper
  • potato or corn starch

<Tomato Sauce>

  • *1 Tomato
  • *2 Pinches of Green Onion
  • *4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • *2 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • *2 Tablespoons of Japanese Vinegar
  • *1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  • *A little bit of Salt & Pepper

Recipe

  1. Make Tomato Sauce; mix the *ingredients
  2. Chop the Green Onion finely
  3. Cut the Tomato finely
  4. Mix @the ingredients
  5. Refrigerate the Chicken for 20 minutes
  6. Coat it with potato starch.
  7. Fry it at 340°F until crispy brown (for about one minute)
  8. Cool and Drain it on a paper towel for 4 min.
  9. Fry it again at 360°F until thoroughly cooked (for about one minute)
  10. Drain it on a pepper towel again
  11. Cut the Fried Chicken
  12. Put the Tomato Sauce on the Fried Chicken.
