Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of Boiled Cabbage
  • 1/2 pound of Minced Meat
  • A batch of Chinese Chive
  • 1 Chinese mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon of Greated Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  • A little bit of Pepper
  • A little bit of Chinese Soup Stock
  • A pinch of Grated Garlic
  • Dumpling Wrappers 

Recipe

  1. Chop boiled Cabbage finely
  2. Squeeze the water from the Cabbage
  3. Mix the Cabbage with Minced Meat, Chinese Chive, Chinese Mushroom, Grated Ginger , Salt, Pepper, Chinese Soup Stock, and Grated Garlic
  4. Place 1 TBSP of the mixture on Wrappers, Dampen the edge of them with water, and fold the Dumpling in half, making a pleat in either side
  5. Simmer them for 3 to 5 minutes at low heat
  6. Cook them at high heat until water evaporates
