- *1/2 Pound of Pork belly
- *1/2 Onion
- *A pinch of Salt
- *A pinch of Sugar
- *A pinch of Black pepper
- *1 tablespoon of Sesame oil
- 1/4 Pound of Kimchi
- 1/3 bunch of Chinese chives
- Slice an Onion and a Chinese chives.
- Mix *ingredients.
- Stir fry the mixture until the Onion becomes wilted and pork thoroughly cooked.
- Add Kimchi and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the Chinese chive and cook for 10～20 seconds
